Kershner & Co. Renovations was born from our love of real estate and the belief that a dated home doesn't necessarily need to be torn down—or forgotten.
Led by Britt and Isaac Kershner, we purchase select homes throughout Utah and thoughtfully renovate them for their next owners.
Britt brings the real estate, market, and design perspective. Isaac brings years of construction management experience and an eye for how a project actually comes together.
Together, we approach each home with the same question:
